As a real estate agent, communicating with clients is the most important thing. What drives a real estate agent is the need to close a deal. To make a sale. To satisfy the clients’ real estate needs. Dealing with different people everyday makes the work exciting. Having to speak a different language may not be that exciting, especially if the language is spoke by a potential buyer who looks to your wisdom and expertise.
Dealing with Hispanic clients or Spanish speaking clients can be difficult, especially if one does not speak the language nor understand their culture. I had heard of online courses which teach Spanish online and decided to try it out. My experiences with learning Spanish online were successful. I had stumbled into an online course that had teachers online to teach me the language as if I were in a classroom. The teachers were very friendly and they were very helpful. They taught with ease and relaxation which made me relax too.
My experiences with learning Spanish online were not even like simply going over software like that of the Rocket Spanish or the Fluenz Spanish where I had to learn on my own. With the online lessons, I could talk to my teachers using the webcam. I could ask questions which they answered to the best of their abilities and best of all, they encourage me to think, speak and write the language. The online program included tools where I could write down my ideas as well as virtually raise my hand in case I needed to be clarified on something. Best of all, limited time the daily lessons may be, but they were insightful and I could talk in Spanish to the teachers without fear.
My experiences with learning Spanish online were very satisfying and best of all, what I learned, I could apply to my career and my clients are reacting positively. That in itself is worth the investment for online learning.
